He received “Mother Teresa International Award” in 2019. No Taekwondo Player received this most prestigious award before Grand Master Pradipta Kumar Roy & Master Ruma Roy Chowdhury.

 

 

He is the Chairman (Welfare Commission), India Taekwondo (National Federation under IOA & WT) – Amateur Taekwondo

 

World Professional Taekwondo Federation (WPTF) entrusted him new responsibility as the President - India of WPTF for the betterment of Professional Taekwondo Athletes in India.

 

He is the Ex-Consultant (Sports), Indian Statistical Institute, Government of India

 

He is an International Master Instructor of KUKKIWON and World Taekwondo Licensed Level 2 Coach.

 

He completed Sports Psychology Course from International Olympic Committee.

 

He was a Member of National Team (India). He is an International Champion and Former National Team Coach.

 

He is the 1st Indian Taekwondo Personality, who received Taekwondo 9 Dan, or Certified Black Belt IX (CBB IX), from Living Legend Pioneer Grand Master Kong Young Il.

 

World Taekwondo Organization (WTO) entrusted him new responsibility as the President of WTO India for the advancement of Authentic Taekwondo in India.

 

The Roy couple is leading the operation of InfraBasic India as the CEO and the Managing Director.
